Rajasthan Board to Declare Class 10 Results Before Class 12 for the First Time

RBSE Board Result 2026 : In a significant move, the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) is preparing to announce the Class 10 results much earlier than usual this year. The board is aiming to release the results around March 20, marking a notable departure from its traditional timeline.

If implemented successfully, this will be the first time that Class 10 results are declared before the Class 12 results. Announcing the results in March itself would also set a new record in the board’s history, as outcomes are typically released later in the academic calendar. The development has naturally heightened anticipation among students and parents alike.

Over 10 Lakh Students Await Class 10 Results

This year, approximately 10.5 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 examinations conducted by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education. The large number reflects the scale at which the board operates across the state.

Meanwhile, around 8.5 to 9 lakh students took the Class 12 examinations across Arts, Science, and Commerce streams. Altogether, nearly 19 lakh students are currently waiting for their results.

Class 12 Exams Conducted from February to March

The Class 12 board examinations began on February 12 and are scheduled to conclude on March 11, 2026. According to Board Chairman Gajendra Singh Rathore, the results for all Class 12 streams may also be declared within the same month, depending on the completion of evaluation work.

With such a large number of candidates and an accelerated result timeline, the board’s move is being closely watched. Students are advised to stay updated through official announcements as the expected result dates approach.
