RBSE Class 5 & 8 Result 2026 : The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (RBSE), Bikaner, has officially declared the results for Class 5 and Class 8 board examinations. This year, the overall performance of students has shown noticeable improvement compared to the previous year.
Pass Percentage Sees an Increase
In Class 5, an impressive 97.75% of students cleared the exam, while Class 8 recorded a pass percentage of 97.01%. Both figures are higher than last year’s results, where Class 5 had 97.47% and Class 8 stood at 96.66%.

Exam Schedule Details
The Class 8 examinations were conducted from February 19 to March 4, 2026, while Class 5 exams took place between February 20 and March 5, 2026. All exams were held in a single morning shift across the state.
Minimum Passing Criteria
Students were required to secure at least 33% marks in order to pass the examinations, as per RBSE guidelines.
Strong Performance by Government Schools
Government school students have delivered an outstanding performance this year. A total of 7,14,612 students from government schools successfully passed the Class 5 examination, reflecting the strengthening of public education in the state.
Student Participation and Statistics
More than 26 lakh students appeared for the Class 5 and Class 8 board exams combined. In Class 5 alone, over 7.13 lakh boys and 6.51 lakh girls were declared in the result list. Among them, 7,14,612 students were from government schools, while 6,49,964 students belonged to private institutions.
Overall Improvement in Results
The steady rise in pass percentages for both classes highlights improved academic performance and better exam outcomes across Rajasthan this year.
