Jaipur, Rajasthan : Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje said that the affection of the people of Rajasthan is the most valuable recognition for her. Speaking on Saturday, she remarked that in politics many individuals chase positions, but those who focus on sincere work eventually receive responsibilities on their own.
According to her, genuine dedication toward public welfare automatically earns respect and leadership roles. She emphasized that meaningful work should always come before the desire for a political post.
Address at Youth Conference
Raje shared these views while addressing the “Empowered Youth–Empowered Nation” conference organized by the Yuva Shakti Parishad Rajasthan. During her speech, she also expressed concern about the growing influence of substance abuse among young people in the state.
She urged the youth to stay away from drugs and actively support efforts to prevent its spread. Raje added that the participation of young citizens is essential in tackling social challenges.

While motivating students and young professionals, Raje referred to Sundar Pichai, saying that leaders like him demonstrate how Indian talent can achieve global success. She questioned why young people from Rajasthan cannot achieve similar recognition, both in India and abroad.
According to her, Rajasthan’s youth possess the potential to build successful careers and bring pride to the state.
Focus on AI and Emerging Technologies
Raje also encouraged young people to explore advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and quantum computing. She said that nations that lead in these technologies will shape the future of the world.
Referring to the leadership of Narendra Modi, she said that young Indians should contribute towards making India a leading nation globally by using innovation and modern technology responsibly.
