Kuldeep Yadav Wedding: Star spinner Kuldeep Yadav, who played an important role in India’s triumph at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, is set to begin a new chapter in his personal life. The Indian cricketer will marry his fiancée Vanshika Chadha on March 14 in Mussoorie.
A grand reception is scheduled to take place on March 17 at a hotel in Lucknow, where several prominent figures from the cricketing world are expected to attend.
Wedding Ceremony in Mussoorie
According to available information, pre-wedding rituals such as haldi and mehendi will be held on March 13. The wedding ceremony will take place the next day, March 14, at a resort in Mussoorie in the presence of close family members and friends.
Apart from the families, officials from the Board of Control for Cricket in India and several current and former members of the Indian cricket team may also attend the celebration.
Invitation Extended to the Chief Minister
Kuldeep Yadav’s father, Ramsingh Yadav, met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on March 8 and personally invited him to the wedding and reception ceremonies. Preparations for the celebrations are currently underway in full swing.

Wedding Was Earlier Planned for 2025
The couple had initially planned to get married in November 2025. However, due to the Indian team’s busy schedule and Kuldeep’s selection for the T20 World Cup, the wedding date was postponed. With the cricket calendar now clearer, the families have finalized the ceremony for March this year.
Engagement Took Place Last Year
Kuldeep and Vanshika got engaged on June 4 last year at a hotel in Lucknow. The engagement ceremony was a private affair attended by close family members and friends. Among those present was the fiancée of Indian cricketer Rinku Singh and Member of Parliament Priya Saroj.
Childhood Friendship Turns into Marriage
Vanshika Chadha, a resident of the Shyam Nagar Lal Bangla area in Kanpur, is the daughter of Yogendra Singh Chadha, who works with LIC. She completed her Class 12 education from St. Mary’s School in 2017 and later moved to Australia for higher studies and employment.
According to close friends, Kuldeep and Vanshika have known each other since childhood. Over the years, their friendship gradually turned into love, and now the couple is all set to begin their married life together.
