After Assam Campaign, Abdul Mugni Khan Felicitated by Congress Workers in Hindaun

Hindaun City, Karauli: After the conclusion of the Assam election campaign, Abdul Mugni Khan, Advocate and District President of the Minority Department (Karauli), who was appointed as the in-charge for the Assam Assembly elections by AICC, received a grand welcome by Congress workers at Hindaun Railway Station with garlands and traditional turbans.

He was appointed to Barpeta district in Assam as part of the team led by National President of the Minority Department and MP Imran Pratapgarhi, along with MD Chopdar, State President of the Congress Minority Department.

On this occasion, Abdul Mugni Khan stated that during the campaign, he conducted door-to-door outreach and addressed several public meetings in Mandia Assembly constituency and Srijangram Assembly constituency in Barpeta district. He appealed to people to vote for all Congress candidates and informed them about the party’s schemes.

He further said that during his interactions with the public, he observed that the BJP government focuses on politics of hatred and tries to divert attention from issues like inflation, unemployment, and education by disturbing communal harmony. However, he claimed that the people have made up their minds to defeat this “politics of hatred” with love and give a strong reply to the BJP.

He expressed confidence that a Congress government is going to be formed in Assam and the BJP government will be ousted. He also thanked all Congress workers who came to Hindaun Railway Station to welcome him and said he will always remain grateful for the respect and honor he received.

On this occasion, several people were present, including Waqf Committee President Babbu Shah, Qureshi community President Saddam Qureshi, Atiq Ahmed, Idris Ahmed, Mr. Rajasthan Arshad Qureshi, Abdul Hadi Khan, Shahzad Khan, Chanda (District Secretary), Arif Khan (District Secretary), Azhar Qazi, Yunus (District Secretary), Wajid, Rafiq Malik, Ansar Malik (District General Secretary), Aamir Qureshi, Adeeb Ahmed, Mufeed Pathan, Habib Ahmed, Pankaj Berwa, Arbaaz Pathan, Afsar, Anshu Goyal, Kaleem, Arif, Wajid, and others.
