Dholpur: Complaints received from the Chief Minister’s Office were resolved, the District Collector himself reached the spot.

Dholpur, Rajasthan: The district administration launched a special campaign to ensure effective and timely resolution of public complaints received from the Chief Minister’s Office. District Collector Shrinidhi BT personally visited various sites to inspect the facts and ensured on-the-spot resolution by issuing necessary instructions to the concerned officials.

A complaint was filed by Mahesh, a resident of Fondpura, Neem Ka Kheda, regarding an illegal power line. The District Collector inspected the site and had the illegal line immediately removed and directed the concerned department to take necessary action as per the rules.

In the same sequence, Devendra, a resident of Shyampura Basaidang in the Bari area, submitted a complaint demanding a road. Investigation revealed that the proposed route would pass through khatedari land. The complainant was advised to file a case in the competent court under legal provisions. The complainant expressed satisfaction on the spot.

A complaint regarding sanitation was filed by Lokendra, a resident of Math Neemkheda. The complainant was not present during the inspection, but family members reported that regular cleaning is currently taking place. The District Collector directed the concerned contractor to ensure daily cleaning work.

It is noteworthy that to resolve the 67 unsatisfied complaints received from the state level, concerned officials, including the ADM, SDM, and BDO, also visited the area to investigate and ensure necessary action. The district administration is continuously making efforts to ensure prompt and transparent resolution of public complaints.
