Lucknow: A fresh opportunity has been announced for government employees seeking career advancement. Headquarters Central Command, Lucknow has invited applications for the post of Stenographer Grade-I on a deputation basis.

Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the prescribed format available on the official Indian Army website.

Total Vacancies and Posting Details

A total of 9 positions are available under this recruitment drive. Selected candidates will be posted at different headquarters under Central Command. However, the number of vacancies may change depending on administrative requirements.

Vacancy Distribution:

  • 03 Posts – Headquarters Central Command
  • 01 Post – Headquarters MB Area
  • 01 Post – Headquarters MUPSA
  • 03 Posts – Headquarters UB Area
  • 01 Post – Headquarters UK Sub Area

Salary Structure

Candidates selected for the post will be placed under Level-6 pay scale, with a salary ranging from ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400. Additionally, a Grade Pay of ₹4,200 (pre-revised) will be applicable. Other allowances and benefits will be provided as per government rules applicable to deputation posts.

Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates currently serving as Stenographers in:

  • Central/State Government Departments
  • Union Territories
  • Public Sector Undertakings
  • Universities or Recognized Institutions are eligible to apply.

Applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field, OR
  • Experience in an equivalent pay scale

Application Process

Interested candidates need to submit their application in the prescribed format along with the following documents:

  1. No Objection Certificate (NOC)
  2. Educational Qualification Certificates
  3. ACR/APAR Reports
  4. Vigilance Clearance Certificate

The completed application must be sent to:

  1. Rajput Regimental Centre, Fatehgarh
  2. Applications should reach within 30 days from the date of publication in Employment News.

Tenure of Appointment

The deputation will initially be for a period of 3 years, which may be extended based on organizational requirements and performance. The appointment will be governed by the rules of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).

Age Limit and Important Instructions

  • The maximum age limit is 56 years as on the closing date of application.
  • Incomplete applications or those without required documents will be rejected.
  • No responsibility will be taken by the department for delayed or lost applications.
  • Candidates called for interview will not be provided TA/DA.

Any form of recommendation or canvassing will lead to disqualification. The department reserves the right to cancel or not fill any or all vacancies.
