Born on January 16, 1988, in Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir, Brijesh had to move to Bengal in search of better cricketing opportunities. His decision paid off when he featured in the Bengal Pro T20 League, where he impressed with 11 wickets in seven matches.
Along with his bowling, he also made a mark with the bat, finishing among the top-10 run scorers in the tournament.
