Sawai Madhopur: Crowd of patients gathered at the free Ayurveda surgery camp

Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan : A large crowd of patients is flocking to the free Ayurvedic surgical camp organized jointly by the Department of Ayurveda and the National Ayush Mission at Meena Dharamshala, Chauth Ka Barwara.

Camp in-charge Dr. Manindra Bairwa stated that 52 patients have undergone Ksharsutra surgery in the first four days. Piles, fistulas, and anal ailments are being successfully treated using the Ayurvedic method without incision.

According to Medical Officer in-charge Dr. Ramnaresh Meena, 65 patients have been treated with Agnikarma, Vidyakarma, and Raktamoksha, and 246 patients have been treated with Panchakarma. Over 3,200 patients have received outpatient services at the camp.

Deputy Director of Ayurveda Dr. Bhim Singh Meena stated that specialist doctors are screening and performing operations using the Ksharsutra method. OPD, Agnikarma and Panchkarma services will continue till the end of the camp. 52 operations in 4 days in Ayurveda surgical camp in Sawai Madhopur, more than 3200 patients treated.
