Karauli, Rajasthan: A disturbing incident has surfaced from Karauli district through a video, highlighting serious concerns about school discipline and the education system.

The matter is from the Government Senior Secondary School in Neendar, Mandrayal, where a teacher is allegedly making students bring items like buttermilk (chaach), gutkha, cigarettes, tobacco, and other materials during school hours. The video, received by local media, clearly shows a student entering the school with buttermilk and other items from outside while classes are ongoing.

Such behavior is highly condemnable, as it affects students’ education and violates their rights. Making children perform such tasks during school time can also be considered a form of child labour.

Instead of focusing on teaching, involving students in such activities reflects negligence and lack of accountability in the system. The incident has raised serious questions about monitoring and discipline in government schools.

There is growing public concern, and people are demanding strict action against those responsible to ensure that students’ education and safety are not compromised.
