Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates applying for these posts must meet the required educational and sports qualifications.
- A bachelor’s degree (Graduation) from a recognized university or institution is mandatory.
Candidates must also have relevant coaching experience or training in the concerned sport. This may include:
- A one-year coaching diploma from the National Institute of Sports (NIS), orA postgraduate diploma in coaching from a recognized sports university or institute.
- Applicants should have participated in sports competitions at university, state, national, or international levels.
- For certain posts, preference or requirement may include having passed Matric and 10+2 from institutions in Himachal Pradesh, though this condition may not apply to all categories.
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 45 years
Age relaxation of 5 years will be provided to candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PwD, government employees, and ex-servicemen categories of Himachal Pradesh.
