Dholpur News: Administration on Alert Ahead of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma’s Proposed Visit to Jarga

Dholpur, Rajasthan : Administrative preparations have intensified in view of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma’s proposed visit in the coming days to Jarga Gram Panchayat in the Baseri region. In this context, District Collector Srinidhi B.T. visited Jarga to inspect various arrangements and issued necessary directives to the concerned officials.

During the inspection, the District Collector directed that sanitation arrangements within the village be prioritized and ensured. While taking stock of the potential venue for the event and the designated spot for interacting with the villagers, he instructed that special cleaning drives and necessary logistical arrangements be carried out at these locations.

In light of the Chief Minister’s proposed arrival, a potential site for the construction of a helipad was also inspected. The District Collector directed officials from the Public Works Department to identify a suitable location and complete the necessary formalities expeditiously.

It is reported that, during a ‘Ratri Chaupal’ (evening public interaction session) to be held in Jarga village, the Chief Minister will engage in direct dialogue with the villagers to gather information regarding the region’s issues and ongoing development works; furthermore, following an overnight stay, he is scheduled to conduct a morning tour of the village.

All necessary preparations for the event are being ensured in a time-bound manner.
