Sequel Carries Forward the Success of the First Film

The excitement surrounding the sequel is also driven by the massive success of Dhurandhar Part 1. Released in December 2025, the first installment performed exceptionally well at both domestic and international box offices.

The film earned a worldwide gross of ₹1305.35 crore, while the Hindi version alone collected ₹1005.85 crore in India. It remained in theaters for 77 days, becoming one of the most talked-about releases of the year.

Because of this strong track record, expectations for the sequel are extremely high.

Advance Booking Crosses ₹15 Crore in India

According to the latest trade data, the film has already achieved ₹15.65 crore in gross advance bookings across India for the paid preview shows. These figures combine ticket sales from Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada versions.
