New Delhi : The Kisan Trust organized the “Aparajita Samman Samaroh 2026” on the occasion of International Women’s Day. The program aimed to honor the courage, struggles, and achievements of women in society and to foster meaningful dialogue for their empowerment.
Hundreds of women from various walks of life, from Delhi to Muzaffarnagar, participated in the program.

Union Minister Annapurna Devi attended the event. She said that the Kisan Trust, founded by Bharat Ratna Chaudhary Charan Singh, the champion of farmers, is providing financial support and encouragement to women from various walks of life, especially acid attack survivors, which is a highly inspiring initiative.
During the program, the Union Minister also informed the women present about various women’s welfare schemes of the Central Government and described such efforts as important for women’s empowerment.
