Prithvi Shaw Gets Engaged : Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw has announced his engagement to actress and digital creator Aakriti Agarwal. The 26-year-old shared a photo from the engagement ceremony on Instagram, confirming the news with his fans.
Along with the picture, Shaw posted a heartfelt caption comparing his relationship to a perfect innings. He wrote that from hitting sixes on the field to building a lifelong partnership off it, Aakriti is his “perfect innings.”
Relationship Rumours Began Last Year
Speculation about their relationship first started last year when Shaw shared a picture with Aakriti during the celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi. Since then, the two have occasionally been seen together in public.
They also reportedly attended the wedding of Arjun Tendulkar together, which further fueled rumours about their relationship before the engagement announcement.

Shaw has represented India in 5 Test matches, 6 One Day Internationals, and 1 T20 International. He is also among the youngest Indian players to score a Test century after Sachin Tendulkar.
