Alwar, Rajasthan : Acting on the instructions of ACB Headquarters, ACB Outpost Alwar I today arrested Atul Patwari, Patwar Halka Khohri, Tehsil Bansur, District Kotputli-Behror, red-handed while accepting a bribe of ₹15,000.
Anti-Corruption Bureau Director General of Police, Govind Gupta, stated that ACB Outpost Alwar received a complaint alleging that the complainant had purchased five and a half bighas of land in village Khohri, Tehsil Bansur, in his own name and that of his sister-in-law on 22 January 2026. The registry was also conducted on 22 January 2026 at the office of the Tehsildar Bansur.
Patwari Atul is harassing the complainant by demanding a bribe of ₹15,000 for the purpose of initiating the transfer of the purchased land and removing the mortgage from the revenue records. During verification, it was found that on 06.02.2026, he had demanded Rs. 15000/-.
