Dholpur, Rajasthan: As part of a state-wide campaign to curb the misuse and black marketing of domestic gas, the enforcement team of the District Logistics Office inspected two establishments in the Sapau area today.
During the inspection, commercial use of domestic gas cylinders was found at New More Mukut Sweets Store located in Tasimo. Taking action, the team seized four domestic gas cylinders, regulators, hoses, and a furnace.
In addition, the Tasimo Indane rural distributorship was also inspected. Officials instructed commercial establishment operators not to engage in illegal storage or commercial misuse of domestic gas.
The administration has clarified that strict action will be taken under the provisions of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, against those involved in the misuse, illegal storage, sale, and black marketing of domestic gas under the campaign.
