Bihar: After nearly two decades, Bihar has witnessed a major political shift with the appointment of Samrat Choudhary as the new Chief Minister. With this, he becomes the first leader from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to hold the top post in Bihar and the state’s 24th Chief Minister.

He emphasized that governance in the state would follow the “Modi-Nitish model,” referring to the leadership approach associated with Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar.

Samrat Choudhary’s father, Shakuni Choudhary, expressed deep emotion over the moment. He said that despite years of struggle without success, this achievement feels like a blessing. He credited leaders like Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, and Nitish Kumar for making this possible.
